Three Generations, One Family
When Marjorie Conley started Nameplates Inc. in 1973, she set out to give her growing client base quality service and state-of-the-art products. Through the years, her daughter and granddaughter carried that standard forward. Across three generations, this woman-led business has continued to serve customers across a range of industries in the United States and abroad.
In 2016, after her mother’s retirement, Brooke Hamilton moved from President to CEO and led the rebrand to NPI Corp., a name that better reflected the company’s growing and increasingly customizable capabilities. Digital printing, chemically etched nameplates, Metalphoto® anodized aluminum, and laser engraving and marking are just part of what NPI can produce today. Brooke Hamilton was named one of Tulsa World Magazine’s Women to Watch in 2019.
