COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Customers,

NPI wants to keep you up-to-date on how we are doing. Your business is extremely important to us, and therefore, we will not be closing our doors unless local and/or federal governments mandate closure. If this does become the reality, we will remain open, as we are working with our printing partners throughout the US. Although they are located on either coast (who are already on lockdown/shelter in place), they have been able to remain operational. NPI falls within the same categories as a supplier.

These critical sectors include chemical, medical, laboratory, emergency services, food, beverage, electronics, financial services, transportation, and aerospace industries. Their suppliers as defined by the Federal Government. NPI has multiple customers in these critical sectors that continue to demand our products. Therefore, our facilities will remain open.

The health and safety of our customers, suppliers, and employees are of paramount importance. We are actively monitoring all developments related to COVID-19 (coronavirus) and taking the necessary actions to ensure we meet your business needs in a timely and safe manner. We will continue to follow all recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control. This includes social distancing and basic hygiene practices that keep employees safe in a variety of environments. Please know our employees are always taking the necessary precautions to protect your business and your employees from COVID-19.

For the last decade, we have devoted ourselves to cross training and lean manufacturing. For this reason, we feel prepared for whatever national and global issues arise. NPI has many dedicated employees who are committed to producing out the door with the same quality, value, and on-time delivery. You may find more information on our mission and values here.

We will continue to operate as we have for the last 47 years. Happy 47th birthday to NPI on April 4th, 2020! We look forward to celebrating with all of you when these trying times pass.

Sincerely,

Brooke Hamilton
