CUTS & FINISHES
NPI Corp. uses various methods of printing, cuts, and finishes— including screen printing, digital printing, Metalphoto, chemical etching, laser marking, engraving, specialty adhesives, and custom cuts and drilling—that are used on a wide selection of materials for a range of projects for both normal and harsh environments.
Screen Printing
This is the preferred method for printing on metal due to its cost-effectiveness and durability. Ideal for printing spot colors on many parts at one time. This method can be used on practically every surface and is commonly used for Decals, Safety Labels, Signs, Nameplates, Graphic Overlays, Control Panels, and subsurface printing.
Laser Marking
A durable, economical, and permanent process that leaves a lasting mark on a surface up to 48” x 48”. More efficient than chemical etching for printing on few parts at once. Commonly used for control panels, ID tags, stencils, and award plaques.
Specialty Adhesives
Add a long-lasting adhesive finish to any printed product. NPI Corp. can recommend the best adhesion method depending on materials, surface and production process.
Digital Printing
This is an efficient and cost-effective way to surface print on any number of parts. The inks are durable and turnaround is quick. This method is ideal for a variety of materials including Pressure Sensitive Paper, Coroplast, Banner, Photo Foam Board, and Canvas. Uses include Lobby Displays, Life-size Cutouts, Backlits, Menu Boards, Easel Signs, Wall Wraps, Outdoor Vinyl Banners, Real Estate Signs, and Floor Graphics.
Metalphoto®
Used to make durable, high-resolution nameplates, labels, control panels, and signs that don’t fade or chip. It’s extremely durable, with resistance to high temperatures, abrasion, and corrosion. Recommended for military applications and harsh indoor and outdoor environments, including salt water/spray environments.
Chemical Etching
Chemicals are used to etch into metal, removing material to create a desired design. Long-lasting and best for printing on many parts at once. The process allows for compliance and technical conformity on metals and acrylics. Commonly used for award plaques, control panels, and identification tags.
Custom Cuts & Drilling
Custom cuts and drilling available for metal and non-metal nameplates. Machine cut to size and holes drilled in most any location in a variety of sizes. NPI can recommend the best cutting and drilling method depending on materials, surface and production process
