Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Brass, Metalphoto®

NPI can screen or digitally print, Metalphoto®, chemically etch, or laser mark your custom identification plates. Industrial nameplates can be made to withstand up to 25 years of outdoor exposure and may be die cut, digitally cut, laminated, or machined to your specifications.

Aluminum – Lightweight and strong, has a high resistance to oxidation, abrasion, rust, and corrosion.
Stainless Steel – Extremely durable material, which retains sheen & withstands abrasion for years after production.
Brass – Can handle extremes in temperature, salt-spray, sun exposure, & is explosion-proof.
Metalphoto® – Extremely durable photosensitive anodized aluminum, with excellent temperature, abrasion, corrosion, and chemical resistance.
Available in .003 to .125” thicknesses.

Decals

Polycarbonate, Polyester, Polystyrene, Vinyl

NPI can produce a product to your specifications, or can assist in designing a decal that will exceed your expectations. We can recommend materials, finishes, & adhesives for the production and application of your custom decal.

Polycarbonate (Lexan) – Easy to die cut and print, Polycarbonate offers designers more freedom than some other materials. Available in a variety of textures.
Polyester (Mylar) – Known for great clarity, heat, tear, abrasion, as well as oil and chemical resistance.
Polystyrenes & Rigid Vinyls – Maintains high aesthetic quality and dimensional stability, with a low variance for consistency.
Vinyl – Superior printability, scuff & UV resistance. Vinyl is cost effective & has up to 8 year outdoor life expectancy. Pair with UV inhibiting laminate for long life.
